Prototyping Board now available

Easily create your own electronics around the Make Controller Board.

MakingThings has, at long last, released the Prototyping Board, designed to make it easy to experiment with your own applications using the Make Controller Board.

If you want to create a project that uses the Make Controller, but you don't need all the features on the Application Board, the Prototyping Board provides an easy way to start experimenting with your own projects.  With just a handful of components, you can be up and running with your own custom electronics project.

The Prototyping Board is a simple 2-layer PCB (printed circuit board) with an abundance of 0.1" standard spaced prototyping space, and markings that make it very easy to plug in a Make Controller and get started.

With no more than the connectors that the Make Controller plugs into, you can put down just a USB or Ethernet connector and be on your way.  The Prototyping Board is designed for people comfortable with soldering and general electronics hacking - check the Prototyping Board Tutorial for info on how to get started.
