mcbuilder 0.2.0 released

A new release of mcbuilder is much stabler and closer to a 1.0.

mcbuilder 0.2.0 has been released, with a whole slew of improvements:

now includes a couple example projects (more to come!)
projects now clean and rebuild automatically when the project info is changed to make sure any changes are reflected in the final product
fixed USB Console support on Windows
added a Build Log which shows the raw output from the compiler as you build a project
updated manual
added test suite
more robust project management (creating/saving/renaming/etc.)
fixed error/warning highlighting in source on Windows
