DorkBot SF
MakingThings @ DorkBot
For anybody in the SF bay area, we're going to be at next week's DorkBot SF presenting a project that we've been working on with Michael Brown, a San Francisco based visual artist. It consists of a large matrix (112 x 14) of blue LED clusters - each cluster contains 15 LEDs - driven by a single Make Controller. The piece will ultimately reside on the exterior of the library at the London School of Economics, and will stream text across it taken from real time activity at the library - titles being searched, checked out, and checked in.
We'll be talking a little about how it all came together, taking questions and hanging out. Please stop by!
