Controller v2.0 support

I've just made a small firmware release (1.6.1) that adds support for the Make Controller Board v2.0.  This release unfortunately doesn't add any fun new features - it simply provides for compatibility with the new hardware version. If you're not running Controller v.20, there's no need to upgrade.

If you are running Controller v2.0, there's a new Heavy20 in the downloads section for you, as well as the 1.6.1 firmware source package.  As always, please let us know if you experience any problems.
